DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CRYSTAL FORD ON AUTOMOBILE DR IN SILVER SPRING!!! This is the worst dealership ever. The sales staff are rude and just trying to get paid. The service department is rude and will lie about what is actually wrong with your car. I've brought my car in for several services only the dealership will perform and have taken it elsewhere after only to find out that not only was the problem not fixed but more problems were found that could have only happened with the help of a little tampering, for example unscrewing connections so that the gas valve would accumulate dirt, etc...
