These are really great people...they want to do what's right, but they are stuck: no technology (no lock-boxes), no real MLS system, and unless you are from there, they really don't want to have to cooperate with you or other agencies. Again, nice people and I think they really want to help, but business is not the same in this part of the state, so outsiders should understand that it is backwards here and you shouldn't get discouraged easily or you'll never make it.
