I have remodeled and sold many homes and Lau has always provided professional and timely service for me. I used him as a roofer, painter, and some minor construction. He is a knowledgeable about what the city requires regarding permits etc. He is the only person I recommend for roofing. I have found his pricing to be competitive and fair.
