Every time I come to this store I'm disappointed. The associates aren't very engaging, and there's not many of them to help. The selection is run through and the fixtures and aisles are messy. The deals are better than average, but Outdoor Emporium on 4th has much better deals and I actually get help. Not bad if I'm in a pinch, but there are better places to get a deal around Seattle.

This is one of Seattle's best held secrets. I frequent OE a lot because their prices always beat the competitors. If you're a member they price match (it's something like $19 a year I think) and give you an extra 5% off. It's got a lot of great stuff, they're good with special orders or requests, and I like chatting with the guys at the fishing counter on lunch breaks. I'd recommend this place to every type of shopper.
