Although it seems a bit expensive at first at $14.95 per person, this place is well worth it. There is a buffet style setup where you get to choose your own dishes from meats to seafood to vegetables to be cooked with a choice of numerous sauces, then it is cooked while you wait and watch. For those who aren't adventurous, or don't have an experienced palette, they provide cards which give "recipes" to follow. They encourage experimentation and recommend trying again until you find your taste. The idea is simple, but the food quality is fabulous, and the service friendly.
Due to longer waits away from the table, especially on weekends, I would not recommend taking young children who will get very fidgety.
