The lady who does the floral arrangements at Blooming Grove is exceptional. All throughout high school and college, whenever I needed a corsage for my date I'd get it here--even to the point of driving more than an hour each way once. She really makes a basic floral arrangement like a rose corsage stand out, with detailing like crenoline and ribbons.
They also do more complicated floral arrangements, for things like weddings and parties, and their pricing is very competetive.
