Horrible Receptionist

I'm fine with the Dr's and nurses but the receptionist Elizabeth is HORRIBLE! Before I didn't think much her attitude because it was for just a annual exams. But since I have to have regular check ups, I have to call more frequently. I dread having to speak to this receptionist. She has TERRIBLE attitude and VERY POOR customer services. Ex. I called and had set a appt with Amanda (she was very polite and professional). But then I had to reschedule and I got Elizabeth. She was very short and rude, but then when I called a day later to confirm my appt. She had not even put me on the schedule and then proceeded to cover her butt and make sure I got the next earliest appt. She makes me dread setting a appointment. Therefore, I think I will go else where to have my child. Elizabeth needs to be fired or strongly reprimanded and needs to take a course in simple customer service. The last thing I need to stress out about is calling my DR. to set up appointment and getting upset about it. So if you don't want to get stressed out by just setting up the phone call...I would look else where.
