A Split Personality

Having been a patient at both the emergency room and the outpatient center, I feel qualified to comment here. I would rate the ER as top-notch.(except for the long wait.) The staff were caring and cut to the chase, no unnecessary stuff, no patronizing--a truly "cut to the chase" attitude. The outpatient center was another matter. Fully five or six people asked the same stupid (and irrelevant)questions again and again, including questions about personal habits that seem to have no logical connection to the procedure to be done. The anestheiologist was particularly egregious. My hand still hurts from the needle placed there. In sum, ER ACES--Outpatient- No way.
