Seriously what is it with Dicks?

I seriously cannot for the life of me see what it is with Dicks. The food is absolutely disgusting! It is slapped together on an assembly line and rots under heat lamps. You can only get it their way, the milk shakes are even pre-made and sit in a freezer and thrown at you. I thought sliders from White Castles in the Mid West was disgusting, Dick's beats them for the added grease they add.
