Good: Nothing. Bad: The rudest customer service personnel; and being hung up on. They may have a nice selection, but HOW in the world can a business with that NON-service and attitude stay in business?. Improvements: Only putting them out of business would improve that experience; no customer service training will make that personnel decent..
