After being loyal and good customers to first TXU Energy and then Atmos Energy they turned off the gas without warning. Appearantly this happens a lot to many customers. We have never had this happen to us before with any other company utility or not. They are extremely difficult to deal with and they treat their customer in a deplorable way, because they can. They have monopoly in Dallas. Since they bought up TXU Dallas has slowly turned into a hell for the residents who still use gas. It is time to switch to electric heating folks.
