I love this tea house's wide array of flavors. Their snacks and deserts are unique yummers! I come here at least once a week and always order something different. They've got over 100 teas so I'll never get bored, with the same ol'. But somehow I keep ordering my 2 favorite every month, cold buccaneers and hot gen mai matcha (sp?). Their green tea muffins are delish!

Dishonest and unprofessional staff.
They false advertise and are unaccommodating to style requests.
Sign posted in front said $45 cut and dry, & they charged $80.

Hair cut was not what I asked for.
I keep posting this review on yelp and it constantly gets deleted (as did the other 30 yelper’s reviews) so I came here hoping it doesn't get deleted.

Want to know the Top 10 ways to run your business in the ground?
Just follow Bochic’s lead:
1) Salesman meets Costumer who sees ring on Bochic website when it's most convenient for Cos.
2) Sales promises ring will be made to Cos's exact specs.
3) Make Cos pay $5,000 upfront without showing Cos anything close to product in person.
4) Fail to communicate ring is ready 1 month later.
5) Make Cos hunt Sales down for 2 weeks by contacting almost everyone at Bochic.
6) After 1.5 month, have a spacey Rep ask Cos when they'd like to meet.
7) Have spacey Rep dodge every appointment made by canceling last minute.
8) Have original Sales never meet with Cos.
9) Send another clueless Rep to show a product with different specs, as if first meeting with original Sales never happened.
10) Ultimately fail to produce ring promised to Cos.
11) Have clueless Rep try to sell disappointed Cos a different ring.
12) Finally refund your costumer after 2.5 months ordeal.
You've got to be kidding me! How the hell is this place still in business?!
