Went to Lowes recently to look at carpet. We were looking around and wanted to know what the price of the carpet we wanted was for the size of our room. So we hit the little button they have for carpet help. Well no one came. When finally I seen a man coming down I asked him for help and he gave me a look that if it could kill I would be dead. But he helped us. Then we walked around some more talking over the carpet. Well we decided we wanted it so we went back to get help and the same man had to help us he was not happy at all about helping us. He acted like he was being murdered for having to do his job. Well we got the carpet and paid and left the store. Not one person asked if we needed help to our car or such. I would say that Lowes needs to get help there that wants to HELP>
