OK food, RUDE manager

They have ok food but the manager is very very rude! His staff "never" make mistakes, and when they do, its the customers fault! He seems to be mad at the world and couldn't care if you eat his food or not! The 1st time I thought he was having a "bad day". The second time, it was obvious, he is a JERK!
