Jim Barbarie's has great food and a good atmosphere - although they are always busy. I've been for both lunch and dinner - and I think the seafood is wonderful (especially the stuffed shrimp). They have Early Bird specials and on Saturday nights they open up the dance floor. Although I've never been to that myself, i hear it is a blast.
I can only comment on the food and atmosphere - both which receive an A+ in my book.
