My dog was able to get an appointment for shots the same day that I made the call. Dr Heino said that my 35lb dog Cheyenne should get a blood test because she was looking a little slimmer than usual. When the test came back, Dr Heino personally called me with results and confirmed his concerns. He actually took his time while explaining everyting to me. I have been coming to this clinic for 12 years and have never had bad service.
On the down side, the clinic is old and needs to be updated badly but that's why they keep their prices so low. You also may have to wait 10 minutes if they're running behind. All in all, I would never use any vet but this place. I 100% recommend this place to anyone.
