Wow!! I had a interesting situation where my car had been hit 3 times each represented by a different insurance company. H & I worked/negotiated with all 3 companies to make sure the car was fixed correctly (the estimates missed quite a few items that needed repair) and that I had a rental car for the entire time of the work. They emailed me with updates along the way to keep me up on any changes to the plan. All the repairs look incredibly good. When sighting along both sides of the car it is straight and true. In the end the car turned out great, in fact we feel like we are driving a brand new car (as an added bonus they detailed the interior of the car before we picked it up). This is a place where the owners really take pride in their work. Anyway do not hesitate to use this place. A++++
