A wonderfully supportive, caring, gentle, professional group of people...from the Doctor (Dr. Barchus) to all of the staff. Each and every person was kind, flexible, understanding, and gentle, so very gentle w/my animal, my very sick and soon to be dying animal. They allowed me to make decisions that were right for me and my animal. They took a tremendous amount of time patiently explaining, over and over to me, options, medications, and care.
