I had been a client of theirs for the past recent years and received lots of services from this branch. The staff is not outstanding but they do get what you want done. I had their notary public service there several times but I had to make appointments with them or wait (b/c the notary was not there all the time, which was a hassle.) I had this bad experience with them once with one of their travel agents. She was very rude and nasty and I contacted the manager regarding her behavior. I actually received a phone call from her a couple of day later and she hung up on me mid-conversation! I guess I can't rate the branch based on this individual's behavior, so I gave it a satisfactory rating.
