Although I really like my family doctor and have never had a problem with scheduling with him exclusively (this practice has 10+ doctors in it) or with being made to wait for long periods of time once arriving for my appointment I do feel this practice lacks somethings. For instance when calling to schedule an appointment I can be on hold for at least 5 minutes and in most cases longer. I feel the front office staff can be difficult and snippy at times and not very patient friendly. With that said I do have a good relationship with my family physician and for this reason only will not change practices.
