I have frequented this business often over the years because there are in a handy proximity to my home. However without fail I find the counter help to be rude, arrogant and irritable. They behave as though I am inconveniencing them with questions and purchases. The prices are reasonable and the products quality - the people need some coaching on customer service. More and more in the valley there are other options for my weapons purchases.
