I've been a member of CUT for 22 years and back in the day they had great customer service. But, for the past 5 years or so they have fallen far behind other financial institutions. For example, they charge for copies of checks and take seven days to produce them while Wells Fargo displays a requested check online for free in one day. Also, they would not fully recognize a Durable Power of Attorney that other banks (Wells Fargo & Chase) had no problem with. Bottom line, better service is available at better costs.
