I had once bought tickets for India from here. They have very low rates and also very very good customer service. They really do care for customers and that what business is about. I had very good experience with them. It was a normal transaction nothing unusual about it. Bought the tickets and paid them. Tickets were confirm and so had no problem. I again would like to buy tickets from here.

But if they take a little interest on customers even if they are just inquiring then they might get more customers.

They were not interested when I said I have been there to know the rates then to buy tickets. She was like ok this is the rate and she was busy on her phones. Bad management. No use of good rates if no good customer service.

The games they have out there are pretty good. They have good food also, but frankly speaking if I were looking for good food to enjoy I would not go there as it's too noisy.
But for games and fun this is definitely the place to go, infact keep going and going ...lol

Been to this place only once or so. They have some kind of mattress which they claim to be different from the traditional ones. I would say that they do not have wide range to choose from and am not comfortable with the idea of using some not traditional kind of mattress. Not sure if I get the idea wrong.
