Vietnamese dine-in + boba shop

This restaurant is also known as Co La Vietnamese Restaurant. It is both a casual Vietnamese dine-in and a boba shop. The restaurant is much cleaner than other Vietnamese restaurants found nearby in and around Westminster--the same can be said for the food.
My favorite entrees so far are the steak & rice and the vermicelli with pork. I also like the espresso coffee drink and the coconut boba. My friend thinks the hot & spicy soup and the chicken popcorn are also good.
You pay up front after your meal is done. The cashier there is very friendly.
