After my dryer broke, I called Sears to schedule an appointment for repair. First I was pressured to buy a warranty. Then they couldn’t give me an appointment for 2 weeks. And their service call was very expensive. I started looking for another option and found Raleigh Appliance Repair. They offered to come the same day. But I was really busy that day, so they came the next morning and repaired my washer within 30 minutes. I could not be more pleased! It is rare to find service like that these days.
