We took our Toyota pickup to Spectrum for repair after we were rear-ended. Everyone there is very friendly and the office is very nice. However, we had a lot of trouble getting our truck repaired correctly. They called and said it was ready and when we went to pick it up, the front grill was the wrong color (the truck is red, the front grill was white). Then they tried to say that we didn’t specify that we wanted it red! We said we wanted our truck fixed and it was red when we took it in and we expected it to match when we took it home. They fixed all the problems in the end, but it was a huge hassle and they ended up having our truck for much longer than they were supposed to. They do great work, but it was a big pain and we won’t go back there.
