I shop weekly at Winco because of their cheap prices. I leave the store with 5+ bags full of grocerys for under $50. They carry pretty much everything you need to fill your pantry. The employees are usually pretty nice too and quick. But it can get very crowded, especially on weekends, so do your shopping during the week in the morning or late at night if possible.
You do have to bag your own grocerys.
