The dining areas holds the elegance of European buildings. High ceilings, decorative molding, sumptuous drapes, and velvet and tapestry chairs provide atmosphere.
The real kick are the servers in full 19th century Victorian costume. I feel like a little girl playing Tea Time with all my stuffed animals. While the novelty of it wore off after like, the second visit, the tea is still great and so are the biscuits and pastries and the cute little jars of condiments.
