Good: The staff is amazing- incredibly well-informed and helpful. The selection of new and used items can't be beat! Laid-back atmosphere is great too.. Bad: This store is PACKED, but that just means there is a lot to choose from! Need an appointment to consign which can be a bit of a hassle.. Improvements: I wish it were bigger!.
