Frozen Pipes? Don't call Southwest Plumbing!!

My mother, a senior citizen on a limited income and lives in a mobile home, called Southwest Plumbing on a Monday afternoon, Dec. 15, 08, because her pipes were frozen. They sent 2 guys out to use a hairdryer on her pipes, it took them 1.5 hrs, they wrapped her pipes and charged her $1,748.47. They are crooks and charging these poor seniors outrageous prices! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and KOMO news. I'm furious!
