Good: We really liked that Kalolo went over all the details of the vehicle before and after, didn't pressure us, and let us make our own decisions. Best purchase I've ever had! Really glad we went there!. Bad: I hate filling out paperwork but that's out of their hands all the legal stuff. The Kathy Lee the finance manager was great and made sure we understood everything before we signed anything..
