I have gone there for emergencies and for routine work and have always been satisfied. They are a very large practice - maybe 10 vets and open 24/7. They have excellent equipment and complete surgical facilities. Like most vets they farm out their lab tests, although they can do much of it in-house if urgent. Unlike most vets they don't schedule appointments - which has its good and bad effects (they will definitely move you to the front of the line for urgent cases).
