When we decided to buy a PT Cruiser and found the right one, we were headed to Thompson Chrysler to finalize our purchase and financing. We met with one of their accomplished sales associates who was extremely friendly, and easy to work with. The sales floor was clean and everyone seemed to be on the social side.
The transaction itself was a little drawn out, from paperwork prep to walking out the door. To buy our car, it took well over two hours! We went in knowing the price, and having picked out the actual car so we were never told why it was that it took that long. Though friendly, I really didn't feel the staff was thorough with explaining anything relating to our purchase.
In any case, they did a mediocre clean up job on the vehicle and we were on our way. We have been pleased with the car, however I don't know that we'll go to Thompson the next time to purchase a vehicle.
