Intial observations are that parking is at a minimum and the showroom hasn't been updated since burnt orange was "in". I was greeted by a grumpy salewoman who was lessing than excited about helping me find a special order appliance. After walking around for a few minutes out of obligation I left empty handed feeling like I had "bothered" her. So they didn't really "do" anything to me for a poor rating but didn't "do" anything for me either.
