They always steer me in the right direction and they never try to sell me more then what I need. They also know everything about kitchen and home appliances.
On May 2006, I called them again because the filter light for my refrigerator was coming on. After spending a few minutes on the phone with their technical department, they suggested that they ship me the filter and that I replace it.
