I had booked a massage at Oxygen for 12:30. I arrived a little late, only to find out that I had booked my massage at the wrong location. Even though they were very busy, they were very understanding. They didn't charge me any kind of fee, and were able to fit me in 2 hours later. It's a beautiful, well kept spa, I'd definitely go back.
