Crown Management is the manager of our Home Owners Association. They never answer the phone when you call their office. If you get a receptionist, looking for a specific person, you're always transferred to voicemail. It takes their employees several days to return your calls, if they ever do. Of all the problems in our neighborhood that we've reported to Crown, about 50% of them actually get fixed.
