Small Change is located at Scottsdale & Lincoln roads. It is an upscale consignment store for kids. This is a great place to buy toys for your little ones. And if you are willing to search, you may be able to find clothing too. There is quite a bit of variety. The prices are just ok but you can get a good deal if you hit the store during one of their sale days. They will also consign your old baby stuff for you. Limited Store Hours.
