Rolando Balbo is a great Realtor. He was always friendly and did whatever he could to help us locate a house. He was very enthusiastic and knows a lot about the Scottsdale area. I would definitely use him for my next house. We still keep in contact and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable Realtor.
