This is an old-school locksmith. When you walk in, everything seems old fashioned and out of date, but it's actually a pretty cool place. They know their stuff too. I used to work downtown and would walk there to get keys made, etc. Staff was always friendly. Parking could be difficult if something was going on downtown or on a weekend, etc.
