We are very sorry that you feel this is how you were treated. You came to us after your original doctor could not perform the emergency surgery. Dr. Smith agreed to perform the surgery and provided you with an estimate, to which you replied that you, "did not need an estimate because the surgery was needed regardless". In fact, the surgery total came within the estimate quoted, and your pet recovered well. We advise owners to ask for estimates, and we certainly encourage feedback from clients.
