I go here all the time when I need to get a manicure. Although everyone speaks chines for the most part, the do have a nice conversation in English with the customers. The quality is great, I have never been unhappy and the price is fair for what you get. They are located in the mall, so I can stop in when I'm already there shopping and it is not an inconvenience.
