I have participated in MKG's boot camp since the fall of 2006. I have loved the work out because it provides such a wide variety of exercise of which I never get bored. The one hour work out is chalk full of different exercises that strengthen all of my body. The instructors are fantastic and extremely professional. They have boosted my self-confidence tremendously by pushing me to achieve what seemed impossible at first. My body feels toner and I have more energy.
