Great location and good neighborhood place

Good: I wish the star system on Judy's Book didn't call 3 stars average and 4 stars great, but since they do, I rate the Tap-In as 3.5 stars. It is a good neighborhood pub in a great location, with average food and average service.. Bad: Neither the food nor the service was amazing, but you don't particularly expect amazing from pub grub even though I feel like I am more often than not pleasantly surprised by bar food..
