New Affordable French restaurant

Good: Love the location and the food. Also really like their patio area, it overlooks a canal and fountain. It is getting a little cold for it but would be perfect for lunch.. Bad: The service can be spotty, but it does have an authentic French / European feel in its spottiness.. Improvements: Their service could use some tightening up. It is bizarre that they serve dishes as they are ready and not all at the same time. But then again it also adds somewhat of an endearing flare, sometimes..
