I brought my 2 year old to the Children's Museum in Boston and it was definitely a disappointment. The toddler play area was pretty boring for her, because she goes to daycare, and so many of the exhibits were broken or closed. She would have had more fun if she was a bit older. Please note that they seemed to be doing some construction so maybe we went at a bad time.

The staff here are friendly and professional and are able to accomodate any problem I took my infant here a while ago and they were very gentle with her. Also, I was here for a 3 hour test and they were extremely efficient.

Diagnostic Ultrasound is located on Longwood Avenue in Boston. This location is very busy during the day, so make sure that you leave plenty of time to get there. There is a parking garage attached to the building (for a fee). The ultrasound place has two levels - you will check in on one level and they will call your name to go upstairs when it is your turn.
All of the doctors, technicians, and equipment here is world class. Everyone is very experienced and skilled and therefore it will not take a long time to go through your ultrasound. They also have 3D capabilities here if necessary. Overall, this is the best place to go for an ultrasound!

Wilson Farms is located in Lexington, MA and is easily the best place around for fresh groceries. This store, which gets very crowded on weekend afternoons, sells loads of fresh fruits and veggies, has a bakery, gourmet cheese section, and sells fresh pasta. The produce cannot be beat and the prices, while a little high, are still reasonable.

Servpro is the type of company you hope to never call. They specialize in cleaning up after either a leak or a fire. I called them on a Sunday morning after my hot water heater burst, and they arrived approximately an hour later, ready to work. They were quick and neat, and left behind some equipment to dry everything up. They came back twice - once to check on things and once to pick up the equipment. My only issue is that the billing is a little vague. They gave us a quote but never gave us a final bill when they picked up the equipment. Overall I am satisfied though.

I recently had a pair of boots break. After taking them to one shoe repair place that didn't really fix them, I decided to try David's, which had been recommended to me. He immediately told me what was wrong with the boot, how much it would cost, and let me know that there was a good chance it couldn't be fixed. I still agreed to have it fixed and was pleasantly surprised that he was able to fix it.

I recently had a pair of boots start to rip apart, and decided to take them to Odessa shoe repair, because it was conveniently located next to Filenes in the Natick Mall. I waited a long time in line while a group of teenagers purchased "knock off" bags. It seemed to me that this shoe repair shop was more interested in selling those bags. They repaired my boots, but unfortunately did a not so good job and they broke again the next time I wore them.

Sterling Vineyards is located on Dunaweal Lane in Calistoga. If you go early and have a coupon, you can get a discount on the tram and tasting. This winery is a great place to go if there is nice weather, because the tasting room is located on the side of a mountain, with tram service. The great thing about this winery is the fact that you can have a seat on the balcony and they will bring the tastings right out to you. Wines here are pretty good, and you can buy them at the gift shop at the top, or at the bottom of the mountain.
