Nordstrom Grill--weird but true

Saturday, January 21, 2006
Beer-battered crunchiness. Tender, piping-hot fish. Nordstrom Grill has awesome fish 'n chips. Sounds weird, but I love 'em. Most fish places have a breaded outside, and the meat inside can sometimes be dry and fishy (especially when cod is used), but I was sold the first time I ate theirs at the Grill, because of the insane outer crunch and tender, high-quality fish they use (halibut, I believe). D-LISH. I have to mention that I normally wouldn't ever think to eat at the Nordstrom Grill, but I use to work at the store and it was my favorite work lunch when I was feeling kinda rich....
