If your banking needs are basic, it's gotta be WAMU

I've been with WAMU for 8 years now, and if you have basic banking needs, they're great. Locations are abundant, no ATM fees, and their online banking rules. The website is easy to navigate and instead of balancing my checkbook (not that I don't recommend it), I simply go online to www.wamu.com, and do it all there.
I hear little to no complaints about WAMU from others, but have heard just a ton of them about B of A.
