Rincon's provides a fun atmosphere to hang out with friends in. The decor is very bright and fun. The food is very good. I have never been brought cold or luke warm food, it is always hot. The staff is courteous but does not know enough English. The only problem I have had has been where a waiter did not understand what we were asking for. Another waiter was grabbed and then it was communicated to our waiter. Really this was not a big deal.
