Sure it's small, but size aside it has the basic amenities. There's a small restaurant where you can sit and have coffee and watch the planes come in while you wait. There's some vending machines and restrooms. Plenty of seats. My kids like to go up on the small balcony outside and watch the planes from there. I've never received service I could complain about. It's more expensive to fly out of here than say Spokane or Seattle but the convenience is worth it.
